Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return a product for any reason, please contact us via email or telephone with as much detail as possible including the original purchase order number and the reason for the return.

As per our terms and conditions, the postage / courier cost of returning any items is at your expense.

Important Notice for Custom Made Items

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, where a product has been custom made for you, unless faulty or not as described, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless cancelled within 48 hours of the order being placed, this is however at our discretion, custom made orders must be cancelled before production to be eligible for a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that you will not be charged in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your goods. If this is the case we would gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.

For Hygiene Reasons: We are unable to accept mattresses back for exchange or refund once the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statuary rights.
