Our baby, Luke was born last Wednesday morning. We purchased a next2you crib to make it easier for us to feed him overnight and also make it easier to settle him if he woke up during the night.

Unfortunately we hadn’t anticipated just how hard the mattress was that came with the crib and Luke just point blank refused to sleep on the mattress. We had to put the moses basket we’d bought inside the crib as a workaround. I happened across the website whilst searching for options for the crib and saw that you did a custom mattress but the lead time might be 7+ days but that you were sometimes able to urgently process/dispatch. I took a chance and placed the order. I went for the coir and wool filling as I presumed it would be best for the baby but noted in the comments that the reason for me ordering was due to the mattress being too hard.

I received a phone call an hour later to let me know that the coir and wool mattress was quite firm and I might be better with the cheaper foam mattress. I agreed and was told that I would be refunded for the difference. The lady on the phone was lovely and extremely helpful.

The mattress arrived this afternoon and Luke has been asleep on it for over an hour now.

This is my 2nd purchase from this company and again I am delighted with this product - a custom made travel cot mattress. Fits beautifully and delivered way ahead of the anticipated time. Cannot recommend enough. Purchased a custom sized crib mattress after realising just before my due date that the one we had didn't fit. The customer service was excellent and after requesting if the order could be processed urgently we received the mattress within 4 days! Excellent product too.

What an excellent service you offer . Having purchased a second hand pram for use when our grandson was staying with us and i needed a new mattress for it. Size wise it needed to be made to measure one i then got bogged down with all the advice on the net . Your website advise finally made things clear for me and i ordered one only to find that it might take longer to get to me than anticipated but your urgent service was amazing and i recieved it in time to welcome our grandsons visit this weekend. Like so many previous customers we struggled to find a mattress for an elderly but perfectly functional cot. I was pleasantly surprised to find baby mattresses could make one to measure and delighted that they were able to deliver in FIVE days on learning that our granddaughter was coming to visit within the week. Absolutely fantastic service, really appreciate how speedily out mattress arrived. We had bought a second hand travel cot and I suddenly realised it didn't have a mattress just before we were due to go away. The cot is an obscure old model so I despaired of finding a suitable mattress.
