What an excellent service you offer . Having purchased a second hand pram for use when our grandson was staying with us and i needed a new mattress for it. Size wise it needed to be made to measure one i then got bogged down with all the advice on the net . Your website advise finally made things clear for me and i ordered one only to find that it might take longer to get to me than anticipated but your urgent service was amazing and i recieved it in time to welcome our grandsons visit this weekend. Like so many previous customers we struggled to find a mattress for an elderly but perfectly functional cot. I was pleasantly surprised to find baby mattresses could make one to measure and delighted that they were able to deliver in FIVE days on learning that our granddaughter was coming to visit within the week. Absolutely fantastic service, really appreciate how speedily out mattress arrived. We had bought a second hand travel cot and I suddenly realised it didn't have a mattress just before we were due to go away. The cot is an obscure old model so I despaired of finding a suitable mattress. Baby Mattresses Online delivered us a custom made travel cot safety mattress within a couple of days, for which we are very grateful!

I purchased a crib mattress for our antique family crib which has been used by my family for generations, it is for our first baby which is due very soon, I had been concerned about finding a mattress to fit, after visiting a couple of baby stores with no luck and them putting the fear of god into us about choosing safe mattresses and not adapting mattresses etc, we were at our wits end and were close to purchasing a new crib! Then I found here, I placed an order and the mattress is brilliant it has clipped corners to fit in our crib, the mattress is firm and feels cosy, we opted for the quilted cover, I love the fact it unzips all the way round and is easy to take off, we also ordered 3 fitted sheets which feel really good quality and reasonably priced and a UK company which is brilliant. The crib looks very cosy now and we have peace of mind (new parents paraniod!) the mattress is brilliant. When we purchase a cot, we will be ordering a mattress from here rather than the larger baby stores who have been useless. Also delivery was super quick after I requested urgent delivery, due to baby being due very soon. Thank you for everything will be recommending you.

I would just like to say thank you for the excellent service.
we put in our order late weekend and expected it to take up to 10 days for it to arrive however our mattress arrived the Tuesday afternoon. Our little man now has a comfortable bed to sleep in .

Thank you the lovely mattress you made for our Stokke Sleepi cot. The mattress is great quality, a nice firm inner sprung which will last a few years. The wide range choices meant we able to get exactly what we wanted, extra covers, sheets etc. The customer service were helpful and the mattress arrived in few days all in all great service.

Fabulous service and a great product at a good price. We discovered that the travel cot my son had been given did not have a mattress 3 days before we were due to look after our granddaughter. Your website warned that you were experiencing delays in filling orders but would try to respond to urgent requests. True to your word you delivered our mattress within 36 hours and it arrived 10 mins before we needed to use it. Very much appreciated. Thank You!

Fantastic mattress and fitted sheets!! Having bought a hand made one off wicker moses basket we were losing hope of finding bedding to fit, but Baby Mattresses Online have made it so easy! The quality is really fantastic, much better than we'd seen in the shops, the sheets are lovely and soft, and our whole custom offer arrived three days after we ordered!! So happy and can't wait for our baby to arrive to try out its lovely snug basket.
