Hiya, I completed an order over the weekend, some of which was stated as urgent as we needed to get our baby in her cot asap (as she no longer likes sleeping in her hammock). I was absolutely amazed that her mattress and wedge arrived this morning! Knowing you would only have recieved the order just yesterday i am truly astounded at the speed in which that was processed. Hi, Just to comment on your excellent customer service and speedy delivery. I ordered on Friday for a mattress for a Travel cot and asked for Saturday delivery, it arrived on time and I'm really happy with the quality of the mattress and also the excellent customer service I received I advised that it was a redkite travel cot and the guy went and phoned them and got the exact sizes so it was a perfect fit, the wee man slept great at his gramdmas.

Dear Sirs, I thought I would just drop you a line to thank you very much for the excellent service, particularly at this busy time of the year.The mattress arrived at lunch time today, the delivery driver was pleasant and courteous and did in fact use some common sense, leaving the mattress with a neighbour as we were out. I arrived home at the same time as the delivery driver was leaving, and he informed me where he had left the parcel. All too often in the past deliveries have been taken back to the depot for delivery the following day or a request that we collect them. This did not happen and we are very grateful for this. I would definitely recommend the couriers you use. Thanks once again for the excellent speedy way you dealt with our order. Happy Christmas, and best wishes for the New Year. Thanks for the email - the mattress arrived before 10am this morning. It's not often that I feel that someone is praiseworthy (I'm a moany old git at heart) but I have to say that you and your company have exceeded my expectations, not only was the mattress 25% cheaper than Mothercare (even with the delivery charge) but you delivered within 48 hours of me placing the order - fantastic customer service!
