I had read comments on your website from other customers saying how good your service was but I can truly say that it has been beyond my expectations and has been a pleasure dealing with such an efficient company. I unfortunately missed the DHL courier on Tuesday but they re-delivered the mattress yesterday and it is perfect - our baby's nursery now looks complete and all we need is him/her to arrive. The mattress came today for Sapphi, our dog and it fits so perfectly! I am absolutely thrilled with it and so is the dog- she's peacefully asleep on it now after just having her dinner! You gave me just what I was looking for and needed and fantastic customer service. You could have a good alternative market here - there's a lot of dogs out there and they like comfort just like us and your mattress is 100% better than the last one I bought her, which cost more! Hi Kathy - had to write and say a huge thankyou for getting the cotbed mattress to me so quickly; it arrived today and is fantastic! I originally bought one from mothercare but the staff there could not have been more unhelpful and as a result, I ended up carting home an expensive mattress that did not fit my particular cotbed. I am due to give birth any day now and so this was a little exasperating. In despair I went online and thankfully found your site where the information provided was clear and your customer service when I contacted you has been exceptional. Your prices are also extremely competitive and I have received a mattress that is of fantastic quality at a very good price and the DHL Driver even offered to carry it upstairs to my daughters room for me! The service provided at Mothercare leaves a lot to be desired including the fact they simply watched me struggle from the shop with the mattress towards the car park with my bump and two year old daughter in tow! The mattress fits the cotbed perfectly and my little girl is now settled and sorted before our baby arrives. Thank you so much for a high class service. From beginning to end I have had a straight forward and pleasurable experience, one which is increasing hard to find nowadays. I initially spoke with a man on the phone after stumbling across Baby Mattresses on-line's website, he was extremely charming we spoke for sometime and Peter explained to me the history of the company, its manufacturing methods and what product would be best for my baby boy. I purchased a top of the range cot bed mattress and X-Static mattress cover. The items were delivered in 48hrs as agreed, they arrived as described and at a fraction of the cost it would have been on the High street, I also feel it is of better quality. I am over the moon and William is having a lovely nights sleep. It's comforting to still be able to buy a quality item made in England!
