Hi there, I recently ordered a made to measure travel cot sized mattress from you and wanted to let you know how very impressed I was with your service. I rang three times to ask questions about the mattress I required and the lady on the end of the phone answered promptly, professionally and in a very friendly manner. I placed the order online. The system was excellent at keeping me up to date with my order. The mattress was delivered well within the timescales you quoted and, although the baby hasn't used it yet, it appears to be perfect. I found your website just by using Google and, if I am honest, was really unsure about using a company I had never heard of, but you really excel yourselves!

Just wanted to leave some feedback. Buying cot mattresses can be quite a minefield and I did find feedback left by other customers very useful. I ordered a coolmax cot bed mattress and a moses basket mattress. I specified the sizes of the cot bed and the moses basket with my order. Both were delivered within 8 days of placing the order and fit perfectly. I am very pleased with the quality and fit of the mattresses. Thank you. I have already recommended your site to a colleague at work, and will definitely be recommending to others.

Hi I ordered the mattress for a friend of my daughter in law, who was bought a Moses basket as a present from someone. Unfortunately the mattress had no sort of cover or protection so if baby was sick she had to wash it every time.I bought a mattress from Mothercare and it was to big. Because she had not opened it I was able to take it back. I asked her the measurements and found your web site took a gamble and ordered the mattress from you. She is absolutely delighted with the mattress and with the speed in which you delivered. Thank you so much .

The mattress came today for Sapphi, our dog and it fits so perfectly! I am absolutely thrilled with it and so is the dog- she's peacefully asleep on it now after just having her dinner! You gave me just what I was looking for and needed and fantastic customer service. You could have a good alternative market here - there's a lot of dogs out there and they like comfort just like us and your mattress is 100% better than the last one I bought her, which cost more! Hi Kathy - had to write and say a huge thankyou for getting the cotbed mattress to me so quickly; it arrived today and is fantastic! I originally bought one from mothercare but the staff there could not have been more unhelpful and as a result, I ended up carting home an expensive mattress that did not fit my particular cotbed. I am due to give birth any day now and so this was a little exasperating. In despair I went online and thankfully found your site where the information provided was clear and your customer service when I contacted you has been exceptional. Your prices are also extremely competitive and I have received a mattress that is of fantastic quality at a very good price and the DHL Driver even offered to carry it upstairs to my daughters room for me! The service provided at Mothercare leaves a lot to be desired including the fact they simply watched me struggle from the shop with the mattress towards the car park with my bump and two year old daughter in tow! The mattress fits the cotbed perfectly and my little girl is now settled and sorted before our baby arrives.
