"Dear Sirs, I thought I would just drop you a line to thank you very much for the excellent service, particularly at this busy time of the year.The mattress arrived at lunch time today, the delivery driver was pleasant and courteous and did in fact use some common sense, leaving the mattress with a neighbour as we were out. I arrived home at the same time as the delivery driver was leaving, and he informed me where he had left the parcel. All too often in the past deliveries have been taken back to the depot for delivery the following day or a request that we collect them. This did not happen and we are very grateful for this. I ordered a coolmax cot bed mattress and a moses basket mattress. I specified the sizes of the cot bed and the moses basket with my order.
