I just wanted to thank your company for all the help I received when I ordered my daughters cot mattress. I originally placed my order online, but being the indecisive person that I am, decided that I wanted to change to a different mattress. Using the livechat facility on your website the following day, I was helped by one of your employees, Heather, who provided me with information on each of the mattresses to help me make a decision. Heather then changed my order for me, and at no extra cost. I received an email to inform me that the mattress had been dispatched and the mattress arrived the following day. The mattress is wonderful and fits the cot perfectly and, most importantly, my daughter appears to be really comfortable when she is laid on it. When I recently bought a travel cot from another company, I was disappointed with what was supposedly the mattress! It was rock hard and, in my eyes, no way suitable for my baby to sleep on. Having gone onto the internet I came across 'babymattressesonline'. At just £19.99 for a made to measure mattress I thought "well, I cant go wrong!". I ordered my mattress and requested it to be delivered by a certain date - approx 1-2 weeks from the order. It turned up just 3 working days later - wow! I made use of this mattress for the first time last night and Im thrilled to say that my 9 week old slept soundly on it!
