I just wanted to thank your company for all the help I received when I ordered my daughters cot mattress. I originally placed my order online, but being the indecisive person that I am, decided that I wanted to change to a different mattress. Using the livechat facility on your website the following day, I was helped by one of your employees, Heather, who provided me with information on each of the mattresses to help me make a decision. Heather then changed my order for me, and at no extra cost. I received an email to inform me that the mattress had been dispatched and the mattress arrived the following day. The mattress is wonderful and fits the cot perfectly and, most importantly, my daughter appears to be really comfortable when she is laid on it.
