So helpful! Just wonderful service! I wanted my cot mattress to arrive in a particular few days window, and they did everything to ensure it arrived before I needed it in the few days I was in to receive it. The couriers had difficulty finding my house (a lot do) and they kindly chased them up personally on my behalf, and rang me back within minutes to confirm. The mattresses themselves are perfect, I couldn't be more pleased.

I made an urgent order for a mattress custom-made to my dimensions on Monday morning and it was delivered Wednesday morning at no extra cost. I was kept informed by email as to when the mattress left the factory and when it was to be delivered. What fantastic customer service! What more can I say? Thank you for the superb service. Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered a mattress for a cot bed on Friday and it arrived on the Tuesday. Product is of an excellent standard. This is the second time I have ordered and will be doing so again in the future.
