Christmas Orders:
Please note we that we have no further courier collections between now and Christmas. Therefore, orders received from the 17th of December onwards will be placed on an esitmated 10-14 day lead time following our return after the Christmas shutdown on Monday the 6th of January. You may still request that we expedite your order if it is urgently required and we will prioritise urgent orders once we have re-opened in the New Year.
Important Notice for Custom Made Items
We are currently on a 10-14 day lead time (urgent delivery may be available on request). We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, where a product has been custom made for you, unless faulty or not as described, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for orders, unless cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. This is however at our discretion. Orders must be cancelled before production to be eligible for cancellation and a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
