Important Notice for Custom Made Items

We are currently on a 10-14 day lead time (urgent delivery may be available on request). We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, where a product has been custom made for you, unless faulty or not as described, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for orders, unless cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. This is however at our discretion. Orders must be cancelled before production to be eligible for cancellation and a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Christmas Delivery: The last order date for guaranteed Chrismas delivery will be the 4th of December. We will dispatch orders up until the 18th of December, but cannot guarantee the dispatch of orders placed after the 4th of December.
