Important Notice for Custom Made Items
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, where a product has been custom made for you, unless faulty or not as described, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed, this is however at our discretion, custom made orders must be cancelled before production to be eligible for a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Current lead time is app. 10-12 working days.
We will be closed for Christmas from Wednesday 23 December 2020 and return on Monday 4 January 2021.
Please note all orders must be placed on our before Monday 14th December to ensure they can we dispatched before the last shipping dates. Orders placed after this time may be held up until after Christmas.
We will always advise you by email when we dispatch your order. Delivery is then normally received within a few working days once dispatched for mainland UK. Non mainland UK may take a little longer. Due to COVID-19, lead and delivery times may differ.
