We are battling with mould in our room which we share with our baby girl. To our horror we discovered her mattress he started to grow mould and as the cosleeper we use is an unusual size no 'off the shelf' mattress would fit. We contacted baby mattresses online and spoke with Xiana who was just amazing. She was really empathetic and after discovering we were too far to collect the order she had our mattress made and on a lorry that happened to be delivering just 22 miles from our home. We've never had such amazing service or such speedy delivery. From order to delfiery it was just 6 hours! We can't thank Xiana and the team enough!!!

The mattress is a perfect fit for my old cot, and the fitted sheets are great. You provide a wonderful service for us old grannies who have kept our children's cot. Thank you for excellent customer service.

I'm a proud Gt Grandma, and needed a mattress to fit travel cot. So ordered a 10cm D for use when I babysit at my home, and a folding one for travel use. I ordered them on 5th Nov and to my delight they arrived today 7th Nov. I can't believe how fast they were despatched. The mattresses are beautifully made, and fit the cot perfectly. BRILLIANT SERVICE. Ordered on Saturday, asked for an urgent order as we had been told our grandchild would arrive early. Grandson arrived Sunday, mattress arrived Tuesday!! Brilliant communication too! Fantastic!

Your service can i say brill, was sent wrong size mattress , spoke to customer service and they were wonderful said would resend correct size and would have in 3 days and true to there word arrived PERFECT .Thankyou.

So happy with your service! I couldn't find any major seller who did our size. We were short on time as had bought wrong size without realising, I requested urgent as were expecting twins any time. I cannot praise this company enough. I ordered 3 mattresses but due to early arrival I needed them quicker than anticipated I emailed company Monday night (early evening) and they were sent Tuesday and had arrived by lunch time Wednesday so happy so impressed and so comfy.....
