140 x 80cm Custom Made Cot Bed Mattress

Custom made for your baby and manufactured in the UK

This is our traditional, made to order, safety mattress for cot beds. This particular item is custom made sized 140 x 80cm, just leave a note in the special instructions box should you require anything different. You can rest easy at night knowing your little one is sleeping on a mattress manufactured using nursery grade materials only. Making this mattress a great choice for overnight sleeping or occasional use right from birth. 

• Choose from breathable or waterproof mattress coverings

All mattress covers are easily removed for washing by means of a zip. Each covering is therefore removable & either wipe-down or machine washable, none of the covers are tumble dry. The standard covering will be Corovin if choosing a foam mattress core, or upgraded at no extra charge to Deluxe Quilted Polyester if choosing any other mattress core type (e.g springs or natural fibre). 

• Range of natural and hypo-allergenic mattress inner cores

Choose from our various mattress cores, from foam, to springs or natural fibres. Each mattress inner core offers a safe, supportive and comfortable sleeping environment for your baby. Additionally, each mattress core is breathe-through. However, further optional ventilation holes are available when selecting an entirely foam mattress type. Ventilation holes aid the circulation & air around your baby's head and also allow for drainage of any fluids/liquids (sick), particularly where newborn babies are concerned. To see in depth details regarding mattress types please click the '?' next to the Mattress Inner Type drop down box above.

• Custom made in any size or shape

As with all of our mattresses, this item is custom made to meet your requirements. Simply leave details of the size & shape required in the special instructions box above or contact us for advice. This product is manufactured in the size 140 x 80cm. We also sell cot bed mattresses if you require something smaller, or junior bed mattresses if you require something larger. If you require a shape that is not a typical square cornered mattress please leave notes in the special instructions box, we may advise a template is necessary in these instances.

• Manufactured using nursery grade materials

All of our mattresses are manufactured in the UK and comply with the rigorous requirements of BS 7177 for flammability.

• Waterproof protection available

The PVC sleeve is manufactured to 1/3 the length of your mattress so as to allow air circulation throughout the mattress. Please note that the PVC sleeve is not applicable if selecting a full PVC cover for the mattress.
