Madonna makes a ‘little Malawi’ for adopted son in LA home

Madonna and David

Pop queen Madonna is making sure that her soon-to-be adopted Malawian child, David, feels at home in his alien surroundings, and that he leads a life of comfort and luxury.

Landing at New York's JFK Airport yesterday, Madonna walked through the terminal holding David reportedly wearing something that looked like the very familiar Kabbalah red bracelet on his left arm.

Pop queen Madonna is making sure that her soon-to-be adopted Malawian child, David, feels at home in his alien surroundings, and that he leads a life of comfort and luxury.

‘The Material Girl’ is reportedly building a lavish safari theme room for the little one, for him to cavort in, and recently ordered 15,000 pounds worth of furniture for the 13-month-old’s room in her Los Angeles home.

The tot’s room will include a 1,600 pounds cot, 500 pounds bedding and a 1,300 pounds changing table from trendy US kids’ store Petit Tresor.

"She bought a load of African-themed stuff," the Sun quoted a store insider, as saying.

In the recent past, Madonna has ordered a number of designer clothes, as well as a plethora of accessories and toys for little Banda.
