I originally bought one from mothercare but the staff there could not have been more unhelpful and as a result, I ended up carting home an expensive mattress that did not fit my particular cotbed. I am due to give birth any day now and so this was a little exasperating. In despair I went online and thankfully found your site where the information provided was clear and your customer service when I contacted you has been exceptional.
