These mattresses are manufactured here in England, to the highest standards and are made with the best materials available.

The mattress core is made from mini bonnel steel springs, surrounded by foam & a polyester wadding.

They are fully breathable and have polyester quilted covers which are easily removable for washing. The mattress cover has bound edges for extra durability.

The mattress provides a hygienic, anti-allergenic breathable and moisture resistant surface which is wipe clean and washable, but at the same time allows air to pass through the material, reducing perspiration, giving your baby a more comfortable night’s sleep.

Offers firm support & durability & should last for about five years.

An optional waterproof sleeve (1/3 the length of the mattress) is an opional extra, available at no extra cost. This is positioned underneath the fabric mattress cover.

All our mattresses comply with the rigorous requirements of BS 1877 Part 10 for safety and performance and BS 7177 for flammability.

Our sprung mattresses last's for more years than what a foam mattress would do. The pocket sprung mattresses are individually pocketed, so then it is very supportive for your child, it is more softer than what a fully sprung would be, this is more firmer. Hi - I have a cot bed from Argos which we bought 4 years ago, we ate having another baby and I want a new matress for it. The label on the bed says "Non-preferred size: 1390mm x 690mm.

Will this matress fit it? i see you say it fits Argos beds but want to make sure before I go ahead and order one.

Hi Joanna,

All of our mattresses are made to measure, the best option to do would be to measure the cot yourself, and take 1cm off each side, as you want the mattress to fit in the cot snug. As you do not want a gap more than 4cm as children can get there limbs stuck.
