We despatch every day Monday–Friday using Royal Mail, Fedex UK, DHL and various courier companies. We ship worldwide!  Current lead time is approx. 7 - 10 working days. However, if you are in a desperate hurry just leave a note that your order is URGENT & we'll rush it right out for you.

We will notify you by email or SMS when your order is dispatched.

We are pleased to offer very competitive & honest shipping prices with excellent savings when combining purchases.  For example, if sheets or small mattresses are purchased at the same time as a cot mattress there is just the one delivery charge for the cot mattress of £10 (UK mainland)

UK Delivery charges vary according to the size of the consignment – details below.

• Pram, crib & moses mattresses  £4.75 & £2 each additional one, up to a maximum charge of £6.75
• Cot mattresses   £10 – no extra charges for additional items – delivery by courier *
• Cot bed & Junior bed mattresses  £10 – no extra charges for additional items – delivery by courier *
• Travel cot mattresses  £6.75 – no extra charges for additional items – delivery by courier *
• Baby Pillows  £2.75 & £2 for each additional small item up to a maximum charge of £6.75
• Maternity Pillows  £6.75 – no extra charges for additional items – delivery by courier *
• Sheets £1.75 & 50p. for every additional one up to a maximum charge of £6.75 – Royal Mail
• Moses Baskets £6.50 – no extra charges for additional items – delivery by courier *
• Changing Mats  £2.75 & £2 for each extra one up to a maximum £6.75 – Royal Mail
• PVC Nursery Accessories  £2.75 & £2 for every extra one up to maximum £6.75 – Royal Mail

PLEASE NOTE – there is a courier surcharge of £6.50 (for large mattresses - for cots etc.) to the following areas;

BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49 & 60-78, PH17-26, 30-44 & 49-50, PO30-41, TR21-TR25 & ZE

Saturday deliveries – by special request – surcharge of £11

Shipping to Ireland for larger parcels such as cot mattrsses £21.50

Delivery to BFPO charged same as standard UK delivery - however, please contact us first as BFPO at Mill Hill do not like some of our oversized parcels and sometimes reject them. Up to 7 kilos per consignment (typical weight of a sprung cot mattress)

Worldwide delivery is available.  
However, shipping is charged separately depending on the weight / size of the item and the country of delivery.
Typical examples:- Pram or crib mattress delivery charge to Spain £8, Cot bed mattress delivery charge to France £27.

For a shipping price please email infobabymattressesonline.co.uk. We will then advise you of a shipping price for your particular order. Otherwise, just place your order in the usual way. Before you complete the order & make payment we will amend your order with the applicable shipping charges. At that point you may decide whether to proceed with the order or not.

Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. It is your responsibility to obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.
